During this time of darkness\, allow your emotions and personal truths to shine on so you can focus on the power of your heart and soul. This is a wonderful time to let go of the past and work on setting intentions as we enter the new year.\n\nJoin Kasey for an intimate sound healing meditation on the Winter Solstice. Featuring the healing vibrations of sound instruments including chakra tuned Quartz Crystal singing bowls\, hand-made Tibetan bowls\, gong and chimes to promote deep relaxation\, reflection\, and a sense of renewal\, allowing participants to connect with the introspective energy of the season as they transition from the darkest day of the year towards increasing light; this experience will be grounded on the mat\, lying down comfortably with props\, blankets and eye pillows\, while listening to the resonant sounds\, while providing a sacred space to set intentions for the coming year and embrace the cycle of renewal.\n\nPlease wear comfortable clothing and bring anything else that will help you have the best experience.\n\nNote\, we use essential oils and burn sage\, palo santo and/or incense—please let us know of any sensitivities.
